Easy Ad Links Terms
By registering for Easy Ad Links you agree that you have read these terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.
Unless you received prior permission from Easy Ad Links, you may only register for one Easy Ad Links account.
You may not promote Easy Ad Links in a way that could be considered spamming. You may only promote your referral URL and/or other promotional material in other traffic exchanges or advertising programs that allow it. Promoting Easy Ad Links in a way that could be considered spamming will result in removal of your Easy Ad Links account and possible legal action.
Users are completely responsible for the content they promote using Easy Ad Links. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to promote a URL, and any content it contains. Easy Ad Links is not responsible if a user is in violation of another legal agreement, copyright infringement, or any other issues.
URL Rules
Before submitting a URL to Easy Ad Links, please read these rules very carefully and make sure your URL does not violate any of them. If you violate any of these rules, your site will be deleted and traffic lost. Your Easy Ad Links account will also be deleted. You will NOT receive a refund if you purchase traffic links, and break the rules.
*No sites with illegal activity.
*No frame-breaking sites. * No Pop Under, Pop Up or Pop Over!
*No viruses, trojans, or spyware. nothing that forces a message to download a file or automatically tries to download a file of any type.
*No adult content.
*Rotators may be promoted only if all sites or banners in rotation comply with these terms, which means you must be in full control of the rotator at all times.
*No HYIPs or "investment autosurfs". These are illegal in most countries, including the United States.
*No PAID TO WATCH VIDEO SITES. NONE!
No scam sites - fly by night revenue share or matrix programs. If it seems like its too good to be true, then it is. We will NOT SUPPORT SCAMS!
*Easy Ad Links has the full right to suspend and delete any member account found to be violating this policy.
*Easy Ad Links has the full right to delete any site that is inappropriate or questionable to us.
*No excessive flashing or any other wild use of animation in sites.
*Easy Ad Links also reserves the right to suspend or delete any other site, or suspend any member, that it feels may offend other members, degrade the reputation of this site, or disrupt our affiliates in any way.
Commission payments are automatically done by admin approx. 15 days after receipt, be sure and fill in your payment info in your member profile.
Commission payments will NOT be made in Coins(BTC, LTC, and so on) unless you prove your identity. This is a U.S.A. Site, our laws do NOT allow that amount of privacy.
To request a commissions payment from Easy Ad Links in Coins(BTC, LTC, and so on) sign up and use Coinbase rather than a standard coin wallet.
Commission payments to members who do not set the gravatar image will NOT be made to any processor. Set Your Image Here
Commissions payments will NOT be made to ANY WALLET which is not YOUR OWN. You must own the account the money is sent to. You must also have the same name on the account as your name at Easy Ad Links. NO EXCEPTIONS. Members who violate this policy will lose ALL commissions and accounts will be closed in violation of this TOS.
If you live in the USA and earn over $599.00 in commissions in any given year, we will ask for you to fill out a FORM W-9 or FORM W-8 (If not from the United States) IRS tax forms to collect any further payments from us. I must report any payments of $600 or more per year to the man (IRS).
